Conservative rhetoric
Make the pants some random yoga tights, the child a bloodied embryo, and the book a PP pamphlet and you got yourself a pro-life ad. The woman will say “My body, my choice!”
And it would be truer to reality because Conservative rhetoric isn’t as callous as thi image depicts it. Some conservatives are, but most, especially publishing conservatives, are sensible and realize there’s something that needs to be done for these people which isn’t always kicking them out.
^^^ this
Many conservatives want to help refugees but don’t know if letting them in here is the best idea, and want to have a discussion about it, instead of being given a false dichotomy of “asylum or nothing”
The comic makes so little sense to me. What does AllLivesMatter have to do with the refugee crisis?
thats also what makes no sense to me. AllLivesMatter had been about police brutality. and acknowledging that its not just black people getting killed, so i dont get what it’s significance is to the refugee crisis. Regardless of the name, it has nothing to do with this issue.
AllLivesMatter started in response to people being slaughtered in Mexico and none of the news media speaking about it and nobody in BLM letting anyone say anything about anything other than themselves without throwing a tantrum.
